Extremely helpful and customer friendly. Love the text notification system notifying me when prescriptions are ready. I have watched Pharmacist and staff remain clam and friendly even with 6 people in line. Applause for the hard work of these frontline workers.

Store ok. But Pharmacy charged my relative twice and claimed insurance twice. As the doctor doubled the dose for the same month of usage. The pharmacy gave him the original dose first, and somehow charged him again 3 days later on the same medicine, even he did not pick it up. More importantly, you do not get needled twice to get the double dose, you should get more condensed injection on one needle. Tried to explain it to the associate, but the old guy was not patient and did not try to understand, only claimed he was too busy. And this is not the first time he claimed he was very busy and not time to talk. Will try to call and see if anyone is nice on the phone.

Same experience as Amy below, came in for COVID test no one in the email said I absolutely had to have a car to get my COVID test. I don't have a car and walk/bike everywhere, and taking a COVID test in a Lyft is just not allowed. Luckily after much back and forth they finally let me take it on the island, only after I promised I would come back in a car? Even though I don't have one?

Have been to the pharmacy 3 times this week. Gave up the first two times after waiting half an hour for them to get through two or three people. Will have to wait it out this time...it has been 40 minutes and they've helped 3 people. Seriously?!? I knew it was a mistake to switch from Walgreens. Never waited more than five minutes there. Totally worth going out of my way...will NEVER use CVS again. Avoid like the plague people!
