I had a Precision Fit done by Becky in the Falls Church store. I had a wonderful experience working with her, who was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly in fitting my bike. This was my first time getting a fitting done, and it was amazing what a proper fitting does to your body. She explained each step really well and made sure that I was comfortable with every adjustment made. I highly recommend getting a fitting done at this store. Thanks, Becky! Stopped in for a quick service today on a bike I bought here a couple of months ago. They were able to quickly fix a few minor issues that had popped up during the break-in period. Good location with knowledgeable professionals and store layout that lets you find what you need quickly. This location is just a few hundred feet from the w&od trail in Falls Church and very convenient by bike.

I stopped in w/no appointment to get new inner tubes for my mountain bike...it's been years since I rode and there was a slow leak back then. They tried to talk me out of it...they thought it might not be necessary but I didn't want to have to worry about getting a flat. The guy dropped what he was doing so he could fix my bike while I waited. Quick courteous service, everyone was very pleasant...it was a very good experience.

My left derailleur cable broke while I was riding, so I was forced to stop at the nearest bike sore, Conte's. They took my bike in without an appointment and I had it back 24 hours later. I had to walk home after dropping the bike off, but it's still exercise. I appreciated the fact that I got my bike back quickly, fully repaired at a reasonable price, all without warning.
