I waited in the drive through for 40 minutes. This is after getting a notification that my prescription, going the first time, and being told that it wasn’t ready. There is zero reason it should take 40 minutes in any drive through. I won’t be going back. Ever....
Not really one star to be honest. Slow grumpy pharmacists. The already lousy automated system has changed and is barely functional. It's a convenient location for me but after 15 years I give up. Moving on.
Worst CVS I’ve ever been to. Better off closing this one. Prescriptions never ready even after the app says they’re filled. Stay away.
This is the slowest CVS I’ve dealt with in my lifetime. Consistently a 15 minute wait for someone to pick up the phone, 20 minute wait at the counter. I can’t imagine how long it would be to wait on a NEW prescription. Choose a different pharmacy.
