I’ve been loyal to this pharmacy for 15 years. Until today. I’ll be looking for another pharmacy. By the way, fix your wi-if. We have to use apps to use good RX these days to get better pricing.nSome employees are helpful and done are not.
RUDE EMPLOYEES. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. EXCESSIVE WAIT TIMES. Unable to follow through instructions. Pharmacy staff are white privileged people who seem to think that good service is dependent on skin color and type of insurance. Medicaid and Medicare patients are treated badly.
Good pharmacy
Outstanding service from Wes Caldwell. I have been getting the runaround on a prescription from my insurance company for 2 months while trying to get a pre-authorization. Wes went the extra mile to contact the doctor's office and the insurance company to get it resolved. Good old fashioned customer service!
Had the item I was looking for but hard to find and staff didn't know if they had any. Checkout clerk was nice and helpful though.
