The owner, his nephew, the night gentleman, & the maintenance guy is top notch, understanding, patient, friendly, and very respectful to all! One thing I can personally say about my experience with the people here they welcome ALL races with the very utmost respect and dedication! Thank you for an amazing stay and I know all of my employees will be staying at your facility when in the area!! So grateful for you and your staff!
Should have read the reviews before booking. Yeah, I get it, you get what you pay for. However, there is a line. The building is old and poorly maintained. There was NO hot water, dead bugs on the floor, dead bugs on the wall, toilet was small. Something in the wall or ceiling was rattling and vibrating through the night. Don't let the pretty colorful advertising pictures fool you. This was a truck stop that rented rooms. Desk clerk (at the fuel desk) didn't give a hoot. Maybe because it was off season this place was in poor condition. The building looked borderline abandoned with room doors left open and a section of upper walkway collapsing.nnThe customer service number was useless as it runs in a circle and when we did get someone on the phone, they transferred us to another dead end.

Plenty of parking for semis and everyone was nice that I dealt with so this place has a lot of potential but it seems nobody really cares about the place. It was only $55 so didn’t expect much but I was afraid of bed bugs or any kind of bugs and luckily it looked like the exterminator is doing a good job. I saw dead bugs and I had no bed bug bites so overall I was ok with it since I just wanted to take a shower then rest. Location is perfect especially if you Love Theme Parks like Kings Dominion. I hope one day they do a full renovation because it will be a great place since they have plenty of room.
