I love this Walgreen! The staff are helpful and friendly, it’s organized and clean. I can easily find what I want! The pharmacists are helpful and professional. My only complaint is that they changed the hours to close at 9pm. I work evenings and I loved coming in after work. I wish they would modify it to at least 9:30 pm!
Cashier was on her personal phone during my entire check-out. Failed to even acknowledge that I was standing there and had to listen to her agrue and cuss while I paid. Very disrespectful and should not be in customer service. Tried calling the store twice to speak to the manager, waited 5 minutes to just be hung up on and Clvalled back to be told the manager left and no one could take my call. Disappointing!!!!!!
The store itself is great. The pharmacy and the personnel that associate themselves with the pharmacy are absolutely horrible.
