Best experience I’ve had at any drugstore. Michelle and Amber were so helpful. Never in any drugstore has anyone seen smoke rolling out of my ears trying to pick a product and asked to help. Michelle came over and talked a little about a product and then went to seek the advice of the pharmacist Amber. Both were a big help in educating me and helping me make a decision. Very much appreciated ladies, thank you both!

Has so many problems with insurance. In January, I took my mom for her Shingrix vaccine and encountered one of the rudest ladies ever! She rushed through the process and treated my mom as an inferior. Did not prep by sanitizing my mom's arm before using a syringe. Overall a very rude lady. I don't know how CVS is still hiring her.nThe second time we took her for her second shingrix shot, the nurse did not even file a claim to insurance company. They expected us to pay almost $300 for a vaccine.nToday, we placed an online order for her medication. It turned out that my mom have to wait for another 4 days until insurance to get approved.nWill switch to Walmart or Costco pharmacy instead of using CVS soon. It's understandable, but the caller should have been more calm and polite when talking to patients.

This CVS will not answer the phone. It will direct you to the Pharmacy but they will not pick up, EVER.

Every visit has taken me over 20 minutes. Extremely slow, even at non peak hours

I generally do not have problems at this CVS.nI do miss Sharon who was a Pharmacist there for years and then one day not there anymore.nSince then other representatives have impressed me with their kindness and willingness to go beyond what they have to to ensure I receive the best care. This is all over the store. I do have a concern about not being able to get my phone number to work for coupon use yesterday, Sunday, November 2018. When I started to pull up the app the cashier said it's too late. When I tried my mothers number it wouldn't work. Now clearly I am annoyed and I know something is wrong but I don't want to become difficult over my coupons. I ended up paying full price and not getting credit for my purchase. Here's my question why didn't the cashier use the stores card or offer to? Why did the entire experience leave me befuddled? I honestly do not know if I was discriminated against as an African American.
