Rude Customer Service my doctor was not there for Thanksgiving so I asked the manager of the CVS pharmacist in Harrison Street if they could please give me at least two pills for my blood pressure. Until my doctor comes back from out of town. The manager told me no, I will not give you two more pills.I complain and I told him I really need them for my blood pressure I was upset and I told him I will change the pharmacist he respond to me you can go any place you want and all my life I never had this experience before they’re the worst pharmacist The CVS in Harrison and Salem Street. The worst experience I’ve ever received.

The most pleasant experience I've ever had in terms of pharmacy service. The staffing and pharmacist on duty (David) was very exceptional with customer service. When there was a problem, they did not leave me in the dark like most other pharmacies (they kept me in the loop if there was insurance issues or logistical issues). Even when they were busy, the store got my prescriptions out in a timely fashion. Sensational staff, and they are the reason why I love CVS!

Natasha was the one that waited on me and checked me out. She was the most customer service oriented person I’ve seen in Avery long time. I’ll go back to the CVS for sure.

Always have a pleasurable experience at this store. The pharmacists, Dave and Reggie, really care about their patients and the work they do. As long as they are at this store, they will always have my business.
