I have only been a customer for a short time, but I am loving the Walgreen’s Pharmacy in Ashland! Compared to the lack of communication and transparency from other pharmacies I have used, Walgreen’s takes a lot of follow-up off my plate, and reliably fills my prescriptions quickly. Then alerts me! I had a question recently for the Pharmacist, and she was friendly and helpful. My husband and I hope to continue our relationship with Walgreens for years to come.

lazy pharmacy employees, pharmacy always closes way too early-and leaves their hours listed as closing later. i always wait on the phone for at least half hour. they are always out of my medication. there's always a problem with this location. pharmacy deliberately makes you ✋ for days with refills just because they don't like you. small town, big gossip.

I normally don't leave reviews, but I felt obligated to defend the pharmacy after I saw the negative reviews. I work in the healthcare industry and communicate with brick and mortar pharmacies everyday. I have also been a patient coming to this pharmacy for over a 5 years. I have NEVER had a problem with the pharmacy, in OVER 5 YEARS. Only problem I have had with getting prescriptions is my lousy insurance jacking up prices or my doctor marking brand only or 'forgetting' to write for a 90-day supply. NONE of which is the pharmacies fault. I get all my shots and vaccination here and they are kind and patient with me even though I have a needle fear. Never a problem. They're awesome. The people that are leaving negative reviews sound like a bunch of entitled 'Karens'.nnThe manager's name is Meghan btw, Mr./Ms. No name. She is super helpful and communicative and answers all my questions about my prescriptions; so if you actually spent an hour there I would think you would be able to remember her name.
