I would give it a negative 5 if i could..Definitely need to train staff in reference using insurance. I never received notification that my prescription is ready even though I signed up for automatic notification. You are going to continue received negative marks until tgw issue is fixed
The techs are always so pleasant. Yes the lines are long but they always get my meds right. I prefer they take their time than to make a mistake.
Used pharmacy for years now and had issues over and over. But want to credit where credit is due. June 12 th went through pharmacy drive thru and normally have to wait and there are issues. This visit the staff member was on point. Got it quickly, she was professional and no issues. Thank you!
Line gets long as hell within 2 minutes, but I have never encountered rude staff. The pharmacists and technicians have always pleasantly greeted me and are courteous when offering services or asked questions! I have been here about a total of 10 times since receiving Medicaid at the beginning of the year and have no real formal complaints.
I work here and still get my meds filled here as a customer they make me wait like everyone else and i love them for that. For the work they do they have a few good customer service reps and that is what sam walton created walmart for!!!
