CVS

Very unpleasant experience with the pharmacy. Although all the employees seemed to do their jobs either the system or their teamwork is lacking. Voiced my concerns with them and the manager.nThe person who checked me in seemed to be excellent but was trying to do 2 things at once.nProblems: The wait area chair is almost next to the people checking out. Due to language pronunciation barrier by employee at that location people had to repeat the meds they were asking for or correct the employee multiple times. No privacy.nTheir flu shot system of appointments does not work. After an appt is made the material should be ready. I checked in prior to appt time and person checking me in was trying to handle some ther problem on the phone with a supplier at the same time. Once checked in was told to sit and be called. 25 minutes past appt time they apparently were ready for the person before me who had an appointment that was 30 minutes before mine. He offered to let me go ahead but I could not trust the CVS system by that and directed they back out my insurance and I would go elsewhere. Apparently only after you get there do they prepare for you. If an appt is at a certain time they should have shots available immediately after check in. They do not. They apparently start the cue to be pulled and blessed pharmist at that time. The system apparently has them send the request to pharmacist after checkin so you are in the queue with the med prescriptions as of then. If they are backed up on prescriptions could be a long long wait. There is no use of an appt. System there. You might as well just show up and wait as you will need to wait anyway. I was going to just send a report to CVS so I started with asking name of pharmacist who refused to divulge his last name. Usually licences are on display, I saw none, but that was the last straw for me. If the licensed professional refuses to be identify themself something is very wrong. No stars for my experience but it may be isolated so give them a mediocre rating.nI made an appt at competitor and they started paperwork ahead of time gave me a clipboard on arrival for needed signatures and I was in and out in 10 minutes.nI have told store management I would post this so they can respond and perhaps correct any problems with vaccine appointments. Just don't expect to be in and out in a jiffy if you set an appointment.

I've been well-served by the pharmacy at this store for decades, going back to the former nearby location. Kind, helpful and professional service is the norm.

2 days in a row, 20 minute wait on phone before someone picked up and answered. Then they can hardly muster out a greeting. Very unprofessional customer interaction. Both days 10am phone calls, you would think there would be more energy at that time of day. I will continue to use cvs but not that pharmacy.

Their pharmacy is a poor excuse for a business , using the covid excuse for taking hours and doing their job wrong . Won’t answer phone calls , but you go there and their all laughing and not working .

I had a Wonderful experience this morning. Sylvia was not only helpful, great smile but multi tasks very well. Receiving my UPS and also checking out my items.
