I was tested for COVID here 19 days ago and am still awaiting results. CVS is of no help; when you call the only thing they do is verify that you have set up your MyChart account. 19 days and waiting.nnUpdate: test results posted today (7/29/20), 21 days after I was tested. Sticking with the one star rating - this is for CVS MinuteClinic COVID testing; I have no idea if this delay was a result of any issues with this location, this is just where I was tested, and subsequently waited 21 days for results.

So me and my cousin came to CVS to print some of my grandmothers photos out, we came in around 8:45pm and placed our order through the Kodak machine they have. I kid you not, as soon as the cashier up front saw us placing our order, she stopped what she did and quickly came to place her order on the Kodak next to us. She left her ticket on top of the printer which said 133 PHOTOS! It has not stop printing photos for the last 20 minutes. And it is more than obvious that it is at least 300+ photos. A part from that, she purposefully took off her name tag and she is still on the clock!!!! Aren’t customers supposed to come first? Plus she saw us using it as well and still decided to put in her HUGE order ud83dude02 Thankfully, Mary, another employee, was super nice and friendly enough to help us and turned on the other machine for us. She even gave us a discount for the inconvenience without us even asking for it. She was super helpful ud83dudc95

I've used this cvs for yrs! They're greater now than ever! The staff is polite and helpful...rare achievement! They have finally built a team that isn't negative or argumentative with the customers. The bad eggs have moved on and it shows in the staffs customer service level.

I usually can rely on this CVS location to have the items I specifically buy from CVS available for purchase. You would expect the larger stores, the one by the Mary Washington Hospital, etc. to have what I need - Nope! I rely on this location, they're the best!

Do not use this pharmacy if you have a choice. I have been on Bystolic for the last 4 years and buying my meds from this CVS (Breezewood). My prescription is a 90 day supply. I normally pay $60 for the 90 pills. Last time they charged me $70 (Dec 2018). No one could explain the increase. This week I ordered the refill (90 day) and was charged $86. Got home and realized I have 30 pills! 30 PILLS. The woman who checked me out never opened my bag, never advised she has only provided 30 pills, and didn’t bother discussing any side effects. Pharmacist was standing right behind her. He checked the bag twice and stapled it. No explaining that he was ONLY putting 30 pills instead of the 90 in the bottle. Please advise your customers what you're doing with their meds and if there are any changes that have occurred. Is that not part of your job? Called the pharmacy spoke directly to the pharmacist, told him I can't use this. Don't want it and pls explain why would I pay $86 for a 30 day supply? He was supposed to call me back. That has now been days ago. I will no longer use this pharmacy and have slowly weaned myself off the Bystolic. Thank God I don't need it anymore because the pharmaceutical industry is a rip-off and this CVS has to be a joke. Learn how to use natural supplements/holistic approaches and do yourself a favor - avoid this pharmacy.
