Jenny is absolutely vile. Rude every single visit, yells at customers in the line. Just an all around horrible person. Don’t know how she hasn’t been fired yet. Lol. It’s humorous how awful she is at her job and dealing with patients. She breaks hippa and screams medicines around the store for everyone to hear. She’s a joke.

The level of neglect in regards to answering the pharmacy phone is very unprofessional. I have never had so much trouble trying to get my prescriptions. CVS corporate really needs a thorough revision of this location.

Terrible experience. We wasted hours trying to get medicine to be turned away at the end and told they couldn't fill it because it was filled elsewhere. Normally they just transfer it and it's no big deal. She refused to do it. I asked why nobody could have told us that it was filled elsewhere during the previous two interactions. She said she didn't know. So we are driving most of an hour away to pick them up in another city. They're very busy but the customer service is terrible. When I called it in she said give them 2 hours. My husband went after 3 hours and had to wait 2 hours-only for them to close for the night and still didn't give him my medication. Today I gave them most of the day to get it filled, called and they said give them 2 hours. We show up and it still isn't ready and this is the first she tells me they cannot fill it which isn't true.

Walmart price $14.92. CVS Price $19.99. And your employee won't match?!?!? If that is actually your company policy I think you should review it. Of course, it doesn't look like you review much at this store with all the 1 star rankings. I've been in retail for over 15 years and this is the type of thing that shows a lack of leadership not only at the store level, but above. The store team will always follow their leadership. You could have had a $30 sale since I bought 2, but nope, I went back to Walmart.

This CVS location used to be great. Now, they're always understaffed, rarely answer the phone, and my prescription is never ready when they say it will be. I spent a combined 45 minutes on hold tonight. I hung up before getting to speak with a human. I understand it is a very busy time with flu season and COVID-19, but it has been happening a lot lately. I'm thinking of switching to another pharmacy. I don't want to because it's close by and I've been a customer for years, but it might be time to change if things don't get better soon.
