I placed an inquiry for a roofing repair when I had an active water leak. William promptly contacted me and was able to come out the next day to evaluate the issue. He thoroughly explained in layman’s terms what was going on with my roof, siding, flashing, etc and what would need to be done in order to fix it. He also took the time to point out future things to pay attention to so that we can adequately address them in a timely manner. William was able to complete the work within a few days. Excellently priced and he never once tried to sell me work that didn’t need done.nnPrior to my experience with William, I had several roofing companies come out for estimates regarding my repairs. One company tried to tell me I needed 2/3 of my roof replaced and quoted me over $10,000 worth of work - which I in fact did not need!nnIf you want an honest, hard-working, quality contractor, William is your man. Top notch customer service, kindness, work ethic and quality. I couldn’t have asked for better experience. We will be using him for all our future roofing and contracting needs.

Couldn't ask for more ... William kept me updated on the timing of the work, which was postponed a few times due to weather. He arrived when he said he would, finished when he said he would, and charged within range of what he estimated. He also walked through what he found and fixed with me and separately with my husband. One of the best experiences I have had with a contractor in a long time. Thank you, William!
