If anyone needs their roof replaced, I would highly recommend Golden Group Roofing. Over a period of 4 months, I interviewed 4 different roofing companies with Golden Group being the last one. Their presentation was both professional and detailed. By the end of this presentation there was no doubt in my mind that they were the best. Not only that, but they came in with a price lower than the other 3. The job was completed in 1 day and 2 hours less than anticipated. The clean up was thorough and I could not be happier with my new roof. I should also mention that they replaced 2 skylights with solar blinds and they also look great. Thank you Golden Group Roofing.
Right from the start, Golden Group impressed me on every level. After reaching out to several other companies, Golden Group stood out in their knowledge, professionalism, transparency, and communication. We were upfront about our concerns around horror stories with contractors and the construction process, and the entire Golden Group team understood and worked to change my perspective and demonstrate how good a company can be to work with. We were happy with every aspect of the project. We felt educated on all our choices, informed throughout the project, respected with the care and consideration of our home, and pleased on the price and value of the product. They really worked to win us over, and definitely left an impression. I highly recommend working with this incredible team, and wish them continued success on future projects.
Extremely professional from quote to clean up. I was given a full presentation of the product and a step by step description of the installation process. Nothing was overlooked including the difference between a proper ridge vent and the chimney leading. A crew of 7 arrived at 7am and the last truck left at 2:30pm. Two of my neighbors had their roofs done by a competitor just weeks after my roof and the installation differences were quite noticeable. Proper ridge vents were not installed! I must say, I was most impressed with the follow up after the installation. My siding had a number of areas with black smudges that had to be cleaned after the install. Days after however my siding had unsightly spots on it as a result of the cleaning. Freddie immediately came to inspect and had a crew of two scrub the marks until all was clean and balanced. I HIGHLY recommend The Golden Group! Oh, very competitive price. Feel free to stop by for a look.
I hired Golden Group to install the new roof of my house. I chose them because of their reasonable price, good warranty, great reviews and references, and being local. They are very professional and communicative. They wrote down each step of the project with the material they would use and explained everything to me. The team worked very hard and were very friendly and patient. It took them two days to finish the whole roof. After a long day of work in 98F degree weather, some of them came back at 10pm to cover part of the roof when they saw an unexpected, low probability rain in the forecast... I am very pleased with their work and have already recommended them to my friends who need a new roof.
