Amazing Customer Service. Carrie is great! Timely communication with email. Accurate information in terms of available bikes still being there when I arrived. they were able to install Gel seat for me, water bottle brackets and cut seat post to right height all quickly while I waited during busy time of year. Highly recommend these folks and a great experience buying a Cannondale here! Love my bike!

This bike shop is special. Nate the owner is awesome. Once he insisted on meeting me and my wife at the shop after regular business hours to fix something just because there was an issue with something we bought from him and he wouldn't listen when I said it could wait until another day. And his bike shop staff are always super helpful and knowledgeable and friendly too.

Great Bike shop they have a wide range of bikes. The people there are very nice.

The low star reviews are amazing. You have one person giving them 1 star because, “google told them they had rentals” but, in reality they don’t rent bikes. So, it’s the bike shops fault that you relied on google instead of calling the shop and speaking to a human? Then, you have another 1 star review because they wanted to charge a person an hourly rate to service their bike. The person thought they were entitled to discounted or free labor because, “they had spent thousands of dollars in the store already.”nnNone of the low star reviews actually express a genuine concern the public would recognize. They are very specific to the people posting them and they come from some artificial sense of entitlement.nnThis bike shop, during corona, fixed a few small things on my bike for free. I showed up, they came outside, took the bike in, and returned it, fixed and no charge. This happened three times over the summer of 2020.nnIgnore the low iq reviews. This shop couldn’t do more from what I experienced. It’s not their fault they want to charge an hourly rate during Corona in order to pay their rent and feed their family. It’s also not their fault you trusted a blog post for specific information you could have attained by calling them, but, that would require human interaction which it seems is tough for many of these 1 star reviewers.nnGreat shop. Highly recommend.
