Seaport Hotel Boston

I had a voucher from a cancelled booking from back when COVID happened and after months of trying to get the voucher through the 3rd party I finally got it and was finally able to stay. So my friend and I went, we wanted to stay for 2 nights, but they were closed Wednesdays from the sounds of it for deep cleaning! (thank you!) The room was spacious and modern. The room was clean and we got a great view. Got to watch the sunrise over the harbor. I don't remember the gentlemen's name that was working the front desk when we checked in, but he was amazing! Attentive and helpful and just full of joy! Will likely stay again!

We had a great stay! Super friendly staff and Covid-Clean regulations. We loved swimming and the discounted parking.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at, I rented a room for my two children due to the fact their birthday is about a week apart. I was told they had activities for children, pool time scavenger hunts Etc. We were greeted with a goodie bag and a piece of paper for the scavenger hunt, some of the questions were on Floors that weren't even open. There was no pool times that were available. The only option for dinner was to pick it up and bring it back to our room due to minimal seating. I then brought in my parking ticket so it could be charged to my room oh, the employee took it charged it, and I was parked in the wrong garage and no one told me. So when I went to leave the next day with both children 2 and 10 years old I was stopped by a man who spoke minimal English and told me I wasn't able to leave unless I paid $85 for parking in the garage that's after I paid $50 for the hotel parking. I proceeded to call the State Police so I had someone that could communicate between me and the garage attendant oh, I ended up paying the $85 and the 50 I called the hotel and told them what happened they said they would reimburse me for the parking which they never did. So now I wasted four hundred dollars and ruined my children birthday by staying at the Seaport Hotel. I will never ever stay at this hotel again and I will never recommend It too my friends or family.

Everything is handled very room. We brought our little one and requested a higher room with a great view. They were very accommodating
