Long lines, little support given to the cashiers. Waited in line half an hour to exchange something I bought the day before because the fitting rooms were closed. Cashier had no idea what to do and there was little help in sight. Needed to have more supervisors and support for the new cashiers. Dissapointing variety of apparel especially local sports teams. Underwhelming.
The associate who assisted me, Jadaro, was very professional. For being the second day open and very busy, Jadoro did a great job helping me with my return and all my questions.
