The Kentucky Castle

Amazing place! The staff was amazing, the food was remarkable, and the room, was breath taking. My fiancee and I went for our anniversary and we will definitely be back. Definitely worth the price, they treated us as if we were the only people there! If i could give more stars i would!!

A very unique experience. We had a delicious breakfast on a Sunday morning, then went exploring the grounds around the castle, and even the roof! There is a beautiful lavender field in the front, and a huge vegetable garden out back that anyone is welcome to walk through. The hotel has 15 amazing rooms, including one in each of the four turrets.

We stayed here for our anniversary..paid over 500dollars for one night.but we were happy to pay because it was after all our anniversary and wanted it to be memorable..the elevator didn't work the room was dirty and had stained furniture and all the windows to look out at the grounds were so dirty we couldn't see out of them the carpet was not only wet by the bathroom door but the whole carpet was dirty my socks were black from walking around..I get it that its the Kentucky castle but for that kind of money you can get a really great hotel that has room service and you can have dinner sent up with a really great bottle of wine...do yourself a favor do just that..and safe yourself the let down and dirty socks...

What a wonderful place to stay and enjoy the romantic surroundings! Had dinner reservation for a special occasion that was unfortunately canceled due to Covid but still had the opportunity to stop by and tour the place for a future date. Ramona was gracious and personable! We appreciated the time she gave for us and will be back again in the future for sure!

My mother and I only came to have breakfast. We were greeting and seating in a private section. The waitress was very sweet. After our meal we walked the grounds and where we were able to visit inside.nnI gave this a four star because the meal is not what I would expect for the price and the location. We had breakfast. We each got a waffle, bacon, I got eggs she got home fries. The total was $57 before tip. Mom did not enjoy the bacon, I did have an off taste but I liked it. The “home fries” I expected to be home fries- cubed potatoes possibles fried up with onion- these were French fries served with ketchup. The waffle was lovely it was very soft, almost cake like.nnAfter breakfast also, we toured up to the farm and viewed the garden and animals. It was nice. I won’t eat here again but I will visit.
