Charred Oaks Inn

A wonderful place to stay. Rooms were clean and inviting. Hosts Pamela and Richard were very kind and their breakfast was delicious.

Excellent service. The hosts truly were masters of making us feel pampered. My wife and I have several dietary restrictions, and they happily accommodated us, making special breakfasts and desserts just for us. They also were great about giving us personal space without us asking. They gave us great recommendations to local attractions too. Overall, a fantastic experience. Would definitely rebook here on a return trip to Lexington.

This is absolutely the best! We enjoyed everything about our stay! Pamela and Richard are perfect hosts. The food was exquisite. All the little added touches, from the desserts in the evening to the complimentary wet bar to the nespresso coffee machine in our room, made our stay feel perfect. And I loved how clean it was!

My mom and I stayed at Charred Oaks Inn in Versailles, KY from 04/23/19 - 04/26/19....We were both very impressed! Pamela and Richard bent over backwards to make our stay perfect. Breakfast and evening desserts were delicious! I liked the fact that we had our own little table to eat breakfast at every morning. I spent a great amount of time online looking up things to do and attractions in the area - Pamela and Richard gave me even more ideas about places to visit! This bed and breakfast is very close to Keeneland Race Track - I loved watching the horses race in the a.m.! Also, close to Midway were many great restaurants are located (including Heirloom and Goose & Gander). We stayed in room #3 - very spacious room - accommodated two beds - incredibly clean. A vacation that we will never forget. Thanks to Pamela and Richard for being such great hosts!

Incredible hospitality. Locally owned and operated owners go the extra mile to make you feel at home. They even suggested and made dinner reservations on our behalf to a restaurant that ended up being spectacular. Can't wait to come back. Thanks Richard and Pamela!
