It was clean and everything, but the people above us were seriously constantly moving around and stomping and sounded like moving furniture from 10pm- 9am .. I got no sleep, I had a big exam that morning and stayed here out if town for the exam and had no sleep, which I know isn’t the hotels fault but I did call to complain about the people above us twice and nothing happened:/ and I have anxiety and NEVER complain, it takes a lot for me to speak up.. I was disappointed in the staff not trying to fix the issue, there was also no breakfast we checked at 8am?..
I recently stayed at MainStay Suites and it was great. I didnt want to leave. My boy friend and i loved the room. The employees were nice and helpful and the hotel was clean. Id definitely go back.
Clean room, everything was in good working order. Large room with kitchenette. Nice location. Great value
Big suit was great but so close to front desk that they actually told me to keep my10 month old quiet...
For the price especially , it was very nice. Ibwas easterly surprised to see how nice they were and the guy at the service desk was also very kind!
