I placed a call on Thursday 2/27/20 for a possible leak around a skylight.They sent an employee Travis the next day. He showed up early which was great for me. He was very pleasant and polite and knowledgeable. Checked roof and areas around both skylights and found no evidence of a leak. There's a stain on the bathroom ceiling at the edge of the skylight.nHe even checked out the attic as far as he could go but again found nothing.nHe then refastened flashing and resealed vent.nHe then told me what to use on the stain to stop it from getting bigger.nEveryone I dealt with on the phone and Travis are examples of kind, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable employees. I would recommend Kentuckiana Roofing to everyone. This company is all around great to work with. I had to file a claim with my home owners insurance for my roof. It was my first time doing anything like that so I was unfamiliar with all the steps involved. Amanda and Linda in the office were amazing. They were very helpful and super efficient as far as getting all of the necessary paperwork to my mortgage company quickly. Great people, excellent service, and I absolutely love my new roof.
