Four Points by Sheraton Anchorage Downtown

Rooms are nice recently remodeled however staff was very disconcerting and accused me of having multiple people in my room when I was allowed per policy and rules for people to a twin double bed room. They canceled my reservations when it was time for me to renew for another period. I was using the side door to come and go and there was no sign on the door that said go through the front desk only after they accused me and my party of using the door to come and go that they put a little sign that said outgoing traffic only

Paper thin walls and room service doesn't knock. If you value your sleep, find a different hotel. The walls are not insulated at all.

Room was large, comfortable, clean. Breakfast was good...eggs, sausage, English muffin. Location is good. Staff is absolutely wonderful. I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was very clean and modern. Parking lot was horrific tho. Not sure if it was the hotels fault, so didn't knock the rating

we went out on the town for date night and stay here since it was the first night away from our son. it was amazing show was amazing. room was amazing we are going back for our anniversary.
