Coast Inn at Lake Hood is a great place to be. I am so excited and extremely grateful to be here in Anchorage Alaska, Coast Inn at Lake Hood. This place is Excellent with no regrets at all. I rate this place 5 out of 5.
Always a great place to stay! Great customer service.
Great customer service from the staff, especially during a pandemic. Staff were very helpful with anything guests needed, even when they were short staffed. The room was nice, bed was comfortable, great view of Lake Hood. Premium channels in the room and a perfect A/C heating system. The food and staff at Piper's restaurant was excellent. Friendly servers and bartenders, that took care of patrons in a timely manner. The hotel is worth the price of admission. They provide activities such as bike rentals, seaplane rides, express taxi service, and other Alaskan adventure services. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Anchorage for a few days. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from the airport. Also, vending machines around the entire hotel, for quick snacks.
Excellent customer Service! Front desk Ms. Elaine was wonderful! A welcoming face to a very long day. Thank you for being so kind. What the hotels lack in upgrades, they make up in excellent service. Complimentary continental breakfast with juice & coffee. Free shuttle ride from and to airport. Free WiFi. Free parking for personal car. Ordered breakfast items from menu were also fantastic. Overall, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!
