Decent pricing. Hotel staff was very kind and attentive. The rooms were clean, had a nice color scheme and overall layout. I loved the shower and their towels were the best...very soft and xlarge. Overall the room was cozy and comfy. I would recommend this hotel to others.
I spent 3 days here in January of 2020. The room I was in was a suite with a bedroom with a queen size bed. A living room with a nice couch. And a microwave and mini fridge. It had a flat screen tv. The bathroom was nice. The staff was really nice and helpful. It was like 20 below zero outside so I didn't really go anywhere aside from the McDonald's next store. I would stay there again next time I am stuck in Anchorage. The company I worked for covered the cost of the room and board during my stay so that was another plus!
The staff are friendly. I chose this location because of the free airport shuttle for convenience. My flight arrived late last night (after midnight) and I was able to get a hold of the front desk at the hotel where they had a driver get me within 7 minutes. The driver was very nice and I felt safe.nnAs for the rooms, they are good for an overnight stay. Spacious and cozy. However, very outdated and lacking basic amenities like a clock and trash can. Overall, would recommend for a quick stay to get to and from the airport.
I love this hotel.. The staff was very friendly and they went out of their way for us. There are not any drugs or anyone asking anything from you, I don't know where that came from...nnI would stay a year. I have the money for a year. This is THE BEST HOTEL Ever!! Don't believe anyone being rude or jealous.nnThank you for reading this review!
My room was cold, we got locked out of room and we had our cards. Worst part of it is all the drug deals that happen all over the property. I was propositioned 2 times seeing if I was looking for meth. There's drunks all over the place. And having went through all of this, no compensation or discount was given. Even the front desk lady looked all spun out. I didn't feel safe at All there. Save yourselves and go elsewhere!!nnThey said we would have move you to another room. I still say that they still haven't compensated me for all the BS I was subjected to. They should bill this place as a brothel, and drug den.
