The MHP is nice enough, however, not so nice if there are problems on your site. When we bought the home we were assured it had a new roof. That was 2016. We are still waiting on the leaks to be fixed. The backyard has a leaking sewage problem which nothing is being done about . We have tried for over a month now and I have contacted the health department. I don't know if I'm being taken advantage of as a senior or because we are a lesbian couple? We are not the onlynresidents complaining. Perhaps a management change is order.
Nicely kept mobile home park.
We had a big get together in the community room in November. It was a great location with plenty of parking, nice kitchen & plenty of room
Lovely people! Nice bazaar.
They always have activities for the community.
