As soon as I walked into this hotel I was greeted by a very kind gentleman, his customer service was phenomenal, the lobby is huge, aesthetic and comfy! The rooms are huge, beds are super comfy and classy. The bathrooms are kinda small compared to other 4 star hotels but no big deal. 4 star hotel with 5 star dreams.
Great rooms and awesome breakfast also its pretty quiet and peaceful.
The hotel is slightly nicer then the average hotel with newer head boards, desk chair, lamps, the mirror is framed and Recessed light fixtures. When you take away the pool, hot tub, hand made omelets for breakfast and fitness center (which is by appointment only), not to mention the bistro then this is a very basic nothing unique, this is basically a updated road side motel with 3 floors.
Least favorite hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Nothing special at all, the only thing is the headboard is nicer. Rooms are small, our toilet was broken and closet locked so we couldn’t use it, you can hear the neighbors flush so loud it can wake you up, and then they didn’t give us instructions for breakfast which you have to pick up by 9:30 and when we came to pick it up they basically said oops, you should have known.nWould rather have stayed at red lion or anywhere else really. Too expensive for less than standard.
Such nice staff and gorgeous place. They have complimentary movies and everything you won’t be missing anything. Beautiful rooms!!
