The hotel stay was nice and relaxing. I had the king suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. It was quite and I was able to get a good nights rest. The staff was nice and very helpful whenever I needed anything. The only complaint I would have is that the parking was not so great.
Room great; I had the king studio suite. Bed not so comfy. Outlets didn't work all over. Desk chair broken. Showerhead so high up i couldn't change the nozzle.
We stayed here last minute after another hotel failed to meet our expectations. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Clean!
This was definitely my favorite reservation on a recent 8 day trip throughout 3 states. The room was huge, with plenty of space for my husband, two children and myself. The hotel employees were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was as to be expected for a hotel. It was a wonderful stay and if book it again in a heartbeat. Hilton/Hampton are always my go-to for these exact reasons.
This place is really taking every precaution to keep guests and staff safe from Covid and I appreciate it a lot. Very nice rooms, awesome breakfast and pool, accommodating to the max. Minus the fact you have to have enough money on your bank card to pay the $25/night returnable security deposit. My Mom in Alaska reserved me a room for my birthday last week and I almost didn't get to check in due to my not having $50 for the deposit!!! If she hadn't send me the money, she'd be out $150 and theres nothing the front desk could do about it. I think there's more they could have done, I'm just glad the issue was resolved.
