I BIG time recommend BIG D’s! Friendly, family operated business! The all day rental for the price they offer is GREAT! We got the Standard jet ski and we had a BLAST! They’re very responsive and will do their best to ensure you have a fun time! I’m definitely going to rent from them again! I was eyeing the pontoon boats while riding the jet ski, they looks so relaxing and they went fast! Lots of fun for someone being pulled from behind! Don’t let Big D’s office scare you away! You can trust that they are on top of everything and they work hard to ensure that everything is up to the tip top shape for you. So long as you follow the rules and take care of their equipment you don’t have to worry about your Security deposit! Thanks Big D’s!!!

Awesome boats (and jet-skis) and great owners = the best weekend ever! I can't speak more highly about Donnie and Katrina. If you're ever looking to rent a boat or jet-skis in the Tri-Cities area Big D's is definitely the way to go.

Like most I look for convenience and affordability. With Big D's you get neither. A fair warning to anyone using this rental company.. they put a hold on your account for $1,000 without informing you. A top of that if anything goes wrong with the rental they will not refund lost time or fuel, and will accuse you of any wrong doing i.e. sensors or breakdown and insinuate that they'll get back to you with extra charges. The lady from the Co. unloading at the dock gives no guidance and has no experience handling any of the power sport vehicles yet when it comes down to it comes up with whatever random excuse to evade fault on their part and shift blame to the user. In the future I will never use Big D's!

Had a great experience renting snowmobiles from Big Ds up at tollgate. Lots of fun and they were easy to work with.
