Positive....nCheck in staff was friendly when I got there. Everything looked nice and clean in the lobby. The room I had was set up nice and bed was comfy.nNegative......nHousekeeping appears lazy and does not properly do their job.nHair left over in the bathroom from multiple previous guests. Mold in the toilet and not clean. No wash cloths and towels seemed carelessly placed. Previous guests key card sitting by the dirty microwave. Spider with web in the corner of shower base and floor. The exhaust vent in bathroom very dusty and dirty.nIn my opinion housekeeping does not appreciate having a job in these hard times while allot of people are out of a job due to the world’s current situation.nWith the profession I am in I have stayed in many hotels around the US and for a newer built hotel it’s carelessly taken care of. If I hadn’t been on the road for 14 hours I would have rather gotten a refund and stayed elsewhere. This is my personal opinion.

The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and modern. The hotel is very modern and still has smell of a brand new building. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with the quality of the breakfast that they offered. Was a great stopping point for when I was traveling from Michigan to Tennessee. When I make that trip again, I will definitely consider staying here again.

Stayed here for almost a month for my job and I must say all the employees went out of their way to make it pleasant. Had a hot breakfast every morning. Place was kept very clean. Have nothing bad to say about it. Definitely will stay there again if I'm in the area.

Comfortable bed, clean room. The bathroom was pretty clean, except for the floor of the shower stall. It appeared that there has only been a surface wipe done on it. Had a piece of trash, something on the floor of the stall. See picture below. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star review.
