I have had so many issues with the office staff in the dental clinic. First off I turned in paperwork for the sliding scale which included pay stubs, tax returns etc...important documents that contain mine and my husband's social security numbers. They tell me they lost it and I have to do it again. Agh, so I do this and they never call me. I call them and I am told I don't qualify and the girl hung on me after telling me. Then I show up to my appt and they say they just sent the referral over to insurance the day before and it takes months to come back so I have to reschedule! So not only are they incompetent they are rude! I do have to say the dental assistants, hygienist, and doctors are great, but the office staff needs some training.

This PA struggles with caring for patients with mental health challenges, and has trouble listening to her patients when they ask for help. Impossible to reach during an urgent medical crisis. Please seek a different PA if you struggle with things like depression and anxiety.
