Walgreens Pharmacy

Good place for getting needed quick items.

They were suppose to fill a 60 day supply. Only filled 30. When I noticed I called. They said their count was on and it’s counted twice and that I should look around to see if I misplaced 30 pills. I am positive someone in their pharmacy stole from me, and I asked for a number to call to file a complaint, and Tim I think his name was, said he didn’t have one. They don’t have a number to call. I asked for them to look a video. He didn’t have a response. I am pursuing it but I know nothing will be resolved. Thieves!! They didn’t even try to look into it.

One star is because they have a drive thru (and because I can’t give less). They mess up my insurance at least a couple times a year, and over charge me, forgetting about secondary insurance. Constantly have new staff that don’t know anything. Got a supervisor today who was incredibly rude. I talked to her earlier in the day because they still hadn’t filled a medication I dropped off the script for 4-5 days prior. She told me she’d take care of it right away and I would get a text when it was ready. I got a text a few hours later. This evening I went to pick it up and they just said it wasn’t ready. When this supervisor came to talk to me, in a very disrespectful tone told me they were too busy today for her to call me and tell me insurance wasn’t paying for it. That was it. I will no longer use Walgreens for ANYTHING! Don’t put your medication in their incompetent hands.

I appreciate their convenient location and friendly service.

Quite possibly the consistently worst pharmacy in Jackson County if not Oregon.
