Albertsons Pharmacy

Called in order day before, said it would be ready by 9 am. 1030 I am there and they haven't even started it. Tell me to come back in 45 minutes. I don't live nearby, I have groceries going bad sitting in the car. What the hell should I do? Ruin food costing me money, or go without medication? Complained to manager who said it was a problem with the phone ordering system, that they were aware of, but clearly haven't fixed. Guess the customer gets screwed again.

The drive thru is never open, employees have told me are no set hours for the drive thru so no way to know when it’s open; creates barriers for ppl with limited mobility or sick children in the car. Unkind staff when I inquired about the drive thru.

Their pharmacy is horrible, went to pick up presciption that they said was ready, when I got there it wasnt they said they didn't here back from Doctor!! So why did they say it was teady!! Staff is not very friendly

Would not recommend! Was with them for 14 years and they have lost my families business! The new staff is horrible! The female pharmacist Anna is the worst!

What a Joke. I can put complaints in category's. I will be taking my Buisness else where
