Rite Aid Pharmacy

I don't know why the ratings are so low here. The prices are super affordable, the pharmacy is always on top of things and the customer service is amazing. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Never had a problem. Been going here for 5 or 6 years. I'm shocked at the bad reviews.

I call in my prescription with several days to fill, we get a call telling us they are ready. We get there, wait in line to be told they are not ready. Then have to wait 20 +minutes. Then we find out they only filled part and now have to wait again.... This happens almost everytime. And they are rude about it on top of that. Its ridiculous!!

The lady at counter had her mask under her nose. She kept rubbing her face and nose. About 6x while I was in line. I had to ask her to sanitize her hands. At which point she told me she had the Hong Kong Flu during Woodstock. Not comforting. Felt she put her customers at risk of Covid. Last week an older man was at the register and he was practically glaring at a black male customer as he shopped. Watched him like a hawk. I was pretty disgusted. Maybe you guy's need a PR and OSHA meeting or two.

I find it's all about the timing.nStaff has always been polite and very helpful.
