Great lounge to relax in, watch the kids play in the pool. It's also where they serve breakfast, which smells and looks awesome!! The room has some detractors; the sheets are a cotton blend, not comfortable, and the chair in the room had a majority of deteriorating surface (just cosmetic, but looked pretty sad). This is a pretty cool little town with a nice ski resort, I'd like to come back one day.

These gals saved my families butt after we broke down right before a snow storm. We had not planned on having to stay in a hotel, let alone for 4 days... They booked us in a room quickly on one of the busiest holiday weekends of the year. They were so compassionate and kind with my children. Their smiles and energy helped my kids go from worried to feeling safe. Every employee we passed by had a smile to show us. The staff told us about all the local places to eat as well as the chains. Every recommendation they provided was awesome! Great location! You can walk everywhere you really need and more!

We checked in without reservations, due to emergency. Service was great, rooms were clean. I forgot my tablet and they were awesome in arrangements for shipping it home to me.

Room reeked of smoke, in a “non-smoking” room... bathroom was small, dark, and the shower was awful and very small. Overall in desperate need of a deep cleaning and renovation of the rooms, would not stay again.

The help was nicenn- terrible internet, as in for hours on end you would on stay on line for 30 seconds and then wait for another five minutes your next 30 secondsnn-noise. Hear what your neighbors are saying and be woke by toilet and shower above.nn- very limited covid-19 precautions. Mask-less help dealing with food. No encouragement to mask or distancennNot a place I would return to
