Medicine Man Southwest Pharmacy

I had this pharmacy before and changed. Now I have it for another perscription because no one else has the medication. They have to be the most unfriendly people I've ever talked to. Could care less about the customer either. As much as I need my prescription, I just can't go in there. People everywhere are snobby anymore and I don't need to go somewhere for another dose. I would never recommend this place.

This location does not accept Good RX or Clever Rx, or any consumer discount programs. This means that for the prescription I picked up, I paid 74 dollars initially. After reviewing the prices of local competitors (Walmart, Walgreens, Fred Meyer, or nearly anywhere else), I found out that this prescription could be run through the Good Rx discount program for $22 (anyone can pick up or download a card for this program free) at any of those locations. Obtaining your prescription from literally anywhere else can mean that you aren't triple charged for a drug for no good reason. Do your research, it could save you hundreds of dollars or more on expensive drugs.nnReasonably, a good business would make you aware of the cash, insurance run, and any discounted prices they offer for the consumer to make a well informed decision. An area of improvement here for their staff as well.

If you like rude and unprofessional service, this is your place. For me, no thanks.

I haven't been to any of their locations I've had bad service. In fact it's exactly the opposite there staff is friendly and they go above and beyond to help you get what you need

I just called the medicine man at super one in Post Falls. The lady was so extremely rude!!!!!! I called to find out what particular brand of the medication they carried because the brand that I’m using irritates my throat. I am looking for a particular brand because I heard it doesn’t irritate the throat. I asked her if she knew if the other medicine Men pharmacy’s carry different types she told me that it was a ridiculous question how would she know what other pharmacies carry.... so instead of just telling me they’re all owned by different people she had to throw that sarcastic comment in there not to mention the tone of her voice was ridiculous! At the end of the call she gave me a brief explanation of some pharmacy mumbo-jumbo and then told me “she had to go...bye” i’ve never been treated so rudely by a pharmacy tech or pharmacist in my life “I do not recommend medicine Man in Post Falls Super 1” Nor do I recommend medicine man as a whole they’re overpriced they don’t take coupons How do they expect to compete with the bigger box stores especially with this kind of attitude
