Medicine Man West Pharmacy

For my first time at your pharmacy I found there seemed to either be angry or bad attitude. Yes I got my scripts but not a positive experience. Forced to go here instead of the friendly people at Walgreens down the street! Could make your customers feel a bit more welcome. especially when you are told your new to your pharmacy. Also might be good idea when you bring out script to be kinder and nicer.

Used to be great. Used them for years but now, they’ve become just another business apathetic to their customers & blaming their lack of professionalism on Covid. Some things can be overlooked but when they send you medication that was not ordered and refuse to correct their mistake, it’s not only poor customer service, it’s dangerous.

The staff are busy but never too busy to help troubleshoot a problem. Gwen spent a lot of time working to find out about a mixup in Smudgy's prescription. All patients are important, even our pets. The staff are professional and conscientious. If I have a choice I can't imagine going to any other pharmacy, including any other Medicine Man.

After three years of using this business I have moved on. Refill orders never seem to work and I have driven down to collect a prescription many times only to be informed they have not received approval when the Doctor has sent it. One particular employee is consistently rude. They are too busy for my business. I've had no problems at all at MM Rathdrum - 5 stars for them.

The pharmacist was efficient in all the instructions, even little things that might pop when dispensing the medicine.
