You have to be kidding me. I let someone in front of me at the pharmacy due waiting on my child in an isle to catch up. Then the tech says sorry we're closed for lunch. WOW SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!! LOST MY BUSINESS!!I understand why you don't even have a 3 star rating. Maybe some one to work for you that actually cares about the people who give them a reason to be there. I understand people have to have a lunch but really 5 minutes of your time would have prevented this review and my continued patronage instead of going across the street.

Walgreens Broadway Idaho Falls, Idaho. Searched Walgreens online, found the product I needed in stock at my local store, applied the coupon for $5 off, their website said they had a dozen in stock available for in store purchase or curbside delivery, thank goodness I didn't wait in my car. I provided the upc for them to find the item, showed them the coupon, not only did they not have any in stock, they don't even carry the item at all. Especially for Walgreens starting as a pharmacy, you'd think they'd have a medical supply item in stock. I remember now why I plan ahead and shop online.

This store has some of the absolute worst customer service Ive seen. Sat in like for 15 minutes with a single person ahead of me, while 2 people were at the till helping her with an obviously one person problem. Ridiculous.

Amazingly expensive! To start I went to a different Walgreens and the price of the item I bough was $1.50 less just a few miles away! Second, this item in Walmart is half the price but they where out of it. And they do not price match so I paid $16.99 + tax for something that is definitely not worth it. It’s Walgreens brand and cheap made. And then businesses wonder why Amazon is the best seller!
