Walgreens

We are moving away from Walgreens. Several times were told a script was not approved. Called the insurance company and found they never submitted it for approval. So we moved everything to the pharmacy at Costco and service is better without all the drama.

I called about husbands med refill. The pharmacist Katherine was a grey cloud to my otherwise good day. I had to call 3 times and it rang an unreasonable amount of times. When she did finally answer she was rude, snide and contemptuous.She even told me to go ahead and go another pharmacy. I will never step foot or spend one penny at a Walgreens again. P.s. I just wanted to give her my insurance information and despite the difficulties if getting someone to answer I was kind. This was not my 1st run in with this type of person at that store.I changed stores long ago however my husband still believed in them until yesterday.

I was warned I should not come here before I did. I now know why I was warned. I have never gone and picked up medication where either they didn't have it because they were out of it or there was a problem with the insurance or there was a problem contacting the doctor.nnBut, this morning took the cake. I called and asked them if they could feel a prescription that was out of refills. They told me on the phone that they could actually fill it and it would be ready in the half an hour. They then sent me a phone call and a text telling me that they had filled it and it was ready to be taken. I sent my son on a special trip up to Idaho Falls 20 minutes from my home to find out that I couldn't get it that they hadn't contacted the doctor that l'd have to wait till tomorrow. I called them and complained and said wait a minute you told me this morning it was filled. In the process, they then told me that it was sent to their First Street Walgreens and that's why they didn't have it. But, I asked them if you didn't have it then why did you tell me it was filled at 12:20 this afternoon?. Their online service is atrocious compared to Savons across the street. Everything about their operations is difficult! Avoid this place like Covid-19, and live in state of peace.nnPS I move my prescription an online service!

Carl is extrodinarly rude. I'll be dropping this pharmacy.

Excellent service and care. We walked in for vaccines. Wade took care of us. Such a nice, capable and well educated, gentleman. Had all the answers to questions we asked.
