Silver Tip Pharmacy

This place never has my prescription in stock. I even called ahead and was told they had it so I made the hour drive there to get it filled and the pharmacist said he only had half of it. When I told him I called ahead, he said that he told me on the phone he only had 15 pills. That's 100% untrue. I would not have made the drive if that were the case. Every month it's a headache with this pharmacy. They even charge an astronomical amount for my prescription. My former pharmacy, which is temporarily closed due to fire damage, charged $30 for the same prescription that this place charges me $150 for. The employees here are unpleasant at best and customer service seems to be the farthest thing from their minds. In the future, I will drive further simply to avoid Silver Tip Pharmacy.

Be patient. Small town store. Everyone is so nice and will take time to help all. They are swamped in summer when the people come to Yellowstone. Just take your time and remember they are humans, too. Thank you for always helping me.

Open for business! Staff was very accommodating, i was trying to buy Vit. C and the staff help me locate it. This is a compact store and they have other stuffs as well other than meds and vitamins. It is open between 9:am to 6:00pm. Very convenient place, its in the middle to town. It is located at the very end of a small arcade.

Been on a road trip and trying to get our prescription transferred from here since Sunday (now Wednesday). At first they said on Monday there were no refilled. Contacted doctor and he sent refill on Tuesday. Today pharmacy here cannot get through. Have called and left messages because they don’t answer their phone. Still have not transferred the prescription and we leave this area tomorrow. Pot customer service.

Spoke with Josh and he was there kindest! He went out of his way to make sure I was able to get my medicine. Although they are swamped with travelers needing their medications he went above and beyond for me. Thank you so much!!!
