Staff has been awesome. The young elderly lady even ran down the hall to retrieve something. It was cool. It made me happy. I like to run when I want or feel happy. I love this place.

Nice clean quiet rooms. They accept smallish dogs and is moderately priced! I love that most of housekeeping are men! Just different from the norm. Way nicer than it was 3 years ago!

I would leave zero stars if possible. Avoid this place at all costs! They are rude, inconsiderate and no compassion whatsoever. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I was refused a room after I was already pre-booked. I was sent on my way to go stay in a different hotel because the lady did not want to accept my booking Receipt. I was denied a room even though I was already pre booked. I had to stay in a different hotel because the lady told me to come back later. I protested showing her my booking receipt online and she claimed she could not find anything in the system. She then walked away slamming the door on me leaving me in the lobby by myself. I was left stranded with three kids and had to find another hotel at the last minute. I was now out more money because of their ”policy”... I made several attempts over the weekend to contact a live person. I was never able to get through for a simple phone call to speak to the manager. I had to go through my booking agency in order for them to get in contact with someone.... like I said before, avoid this place!!! There are plenty of other options in the surrounding area...

If you are a family person and you have children do not come here and they do not return your funds to you if you are choosing to leave they do not care to provide what is needed as far as necessities go I don’t like speaking bad on anyone or anything but it won’t surprise me if they keep a low star rate because they need to learn to treat people with respect and kindness and genuine understanding other than that I have nothing else to say I pray for these people and I hope they learn to just treat people with genuine respect and also understand what their responsibilities are as far as their property goes
