Coronada Inn & Suites

This place is disgusting. The comforters in both beds had suspicious spots on them, dirty white stuff on them. The fridge was dirty and moldy and the towels were dirty as well, dirty floor. This place shouldn't be opened to public. It ruined my vacation. Don't come here. Zero cleaning standards. Zero stars. The next pandemic will come out of this place.

Originally I booked here because I thought I was getting a good deal. We stayed here for a tournament we were attending. In the middle of the night (1:00am) I got up to use the restroom, turned on the light and saw something crawling next to my son's head. As I took a closer look I can see it was a Bed bug I smashed it and it was filled with bright red blood. Horrified! I turned on all the lights and started checking the rest of the beds and room. Finding more on the other bed and on the walls, counter and dried dead ones on the floor! It's infested! I contacted the front office only to be told they could not accommodate us with a different room. There was no way I was going to be able to sleep let alone stay in there. So at 1:00am I was forced to go look for another place to stay for the night, and pay more. I have pictures and video of what we found and saw. I was told that the manager wouldn't be in until 11am the next day. I left my number and when I finally got a call, he not only blamed Me for having bugs in the room, but he also felt the need to yell at me about it! I've never delt with anyone so unprofessional and irresponsible. He said he would refund me what I paid, but made sure that I understood he wouldn't pay the difference for having to find another place in the middle of the night. If I could I would give this place Zero stars! Good luck to anyone who stays here. I'm now going to leave everything I walked into this room with in the trash! I'm not trying to take those extra critters home with me.

Under new management and i have to say they've cleaned up quite a bit since my last visit. My last stay I remember witnessing multiple rooms partying of people in and out of the place at all hours, this time didn't see any. Good job new management. I had a1 bedroom king bed with the kitchenettes and it was nice and fitted my needs perfectly I ended up staying 3 weeks.

Blood on the sheets and drug paraphernalia in room. I even had a man ask me for meth in the parking lot. Staff was very difficult and argumentative. Checked out within 30 minutes of arrival and asked to be refunded. They said they would issue refund but never did. Reported this outfit to the health department. Definitely not a family friendly place

Very outdated, Needs to be demolished.nIf you want to fight with your Family, stay here!! Oh yah, forgot to mention the luxurious urine pool.
