The hotel room was nothing special. A little rough around the edges but definitely got the job done. But I'm giving it 5 stars because of the workers. They were very helpful and super chill guys. Very laid back atmosphere and they'll make sure to get you taken care of.
Very nice employees. Clean rooms, we didn't use the pool. Great place to stay for an affordable price!
It's a room in Saint George.. not the high end clean pool hot water, good location, nice folks
Very run down and out of date! Nothing worked the plumbing was clogged. The Claridge in St George was the most unpleasant stay I’ve ever had anywhere. The manager was rude and on top of it he tried to charge us for something that was wrong with the room before we even got there, they actually put $150 Fraudulent charge to my credit card!!!!! I was so mad and shocked. So not only is the owner a terrible innkeeper but he’s also a terrible human!
Promised a call back on room issues, received none. Inexperienced night check in staff, took 20 minutes or more while other clients waited. Crumbs here & there, smears, stains and other housekeeping issues. Will never be back. Expensive vest and special hat, thought packed, forgotten because keys wouldn't work to get back in. Housekeeping claims no vests or hats found. B. S. Liars, cheats and thieves.
