Room was spacious for us, microwave and refrigerator but microwave was sneezing previous food. Didn’t use refrigerator. Good coffee. Didn’t use hair dryer or iron. Tv and WiFi useful.nnCleanliness: found a hair or two on bedding, stains on carpet near bathroom. Overall okay.
It’s not clean and had hair on beds. Even though its description on booking.com says 2 queen beds but they’re twins. No coffee maker available. Poor customer.
Might need a renovation but generally a nice place to stay
I would give 0 stars if I could. Front desk “lady” was super rude, tried to coerce us to book 2 more rooms (we had 2 rooms rented via Expedia and showed her the confirmation and she kept saying it showed 4 rooms) and refused us service or a refund until I threatened to call the cops.
Clean rooms and great customer service. We will definitely come back! We traveled in a group, and they accommodated my request to keep our group’s rooms close together. The hotel was completely booked up, and they still found a way to accommodate us. Much appreciated!
