This property is like many in this area of South Lake Tahoe/state line. Small, somewhat dated, but a relatively affordable value within walking distance of heavenly village. The downside of this one over some others is the size of the room.nnAll that being said it was a very easy place to stay within walking distance to Raleys, Starbucks, many restaurants, and heavenly gondola.nnThe absolute best part of the place was the owner. Rarely do you find such a kind, warm and welcoming person as you’re checking in and staying in a hotel. She made coffee for me every morning and had orange juice and snacks for my son. She’s just a lovely person and I will for sure be back for another stay just to support her and her business.
Rooms very small and outdated. Little tv. Cute decor though. Very friendly staff. I'd say she went above and beyond.

Worts motel dont come here the owner was very rude and over charge us for 1 night 200$ on monday night. The room was dirty and heater dont work well,, i wish i can file a police report she also scam us after leaving she charge us again. Very bad
We bought 4 rooms but then we wanted to cancel since we had a lot of people but each small room can hold 2 etc. So we confirmed that we wanted to cancel but they did not let us refund our money. Also the manager was rude. So we do not recommend
