Hotel Elevation

Pleasant and accommodating, especially for the price and being a 2-star hotel. Bed was comfy, there was a mini fridge, and microwave, which is more than I expected. Not sure if this is on purpose or not, but the tiles in front of the bathroom vanity/sink were warm, which is nice in the winter. 5 minute walk to the lake, as well as coffee/food, souvenirs, and a pharmacy.

We had booked this place through a third party. Somehow there wasn’t enough accommodation to sleep all of us as it was mentioned in our booking details. When we asked for a discount, the owner of this place asked us to leave the hotel after we checked in. He called the police and made us leave the place. We had no place to sleep that night in Tahoe as everything else was sold out. I am not sure whose fault it was but the owner showed no mercy in kicking his guests out.nThe hotel itself is not bad. It’s a budget place with basic facilities. Location is really good too.

If you're reading this it's probably too late. Never even think of this place as a suggestion and don't use Booking.com. tried to cancel on a room and or reschedule a different date. Property has no phone contact. Sent my call to a company that manages multiple properties and they had no answers they had no contact with the properties to they are useless. Then without telling me tried to charge my card for a cancelation fee!!!Tried to contact booking customer service and they said we will call you with an answer later. Then when I tried to ask who tried to charge me they hung up DO NOT RUIN YOUR VACATION STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE!

Do not stay here! This place will not work with you what so ever. No Wi-Fi which I really needed because my phone sevice had no service there! Manager/owner lady would not move us to a different room so we could get a connection. We were even charged a resort fee and pretty sure theres no resort anything. Also towels super old and dingy

Stayed here because it was a last minute trip but was really surprised nice place really close to the lake and the snow parks the rooms are remodeled looked nice didn't spend much time just a place to sleep but i was really satisfied good price too
