The Trailhead

It was an all around nice hotel room. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. My only faults are the light in the toilet area of the bathroom didn't work, so we had to use the bathroom with the door open to see. Also, we had a king bed room with a jetted tub. The tub was wonderful after we ran it once with really hot water as it wasnt completely clean and the filter was clogged with lint/hair. A bit of a turn off, but we overcame. Small pillows, so you may want to bring 1 or 2 of your own if you need the comforability. Would return if in the tahoe area for the price and access to the center of town without being too close to all the commotion.

It's ok for state 150 USD but maybe you can get it somewhere else for tha seme price. Much better

I remember when I was a kid this place was there and I am happy to say it still stands and is still as homie as it was before ....

Called in advance to make sure they were performing proper protocol for covid19. The clerk on the phone guaranteed they did, went over a long list of safety protocols, then we pulled up tot find the cleaning staff in short shorts and tank tops, no masks, no gloves, taking linens from a closet directly into a room. They hotel looks beautiful but I didnt get to go inside because the safety measures and lack there of. When my boyfriend explained to them my being high risk, they cancelled free of charge. The hotel price and amenities are amazing but I will not ever try to come here again. When a company feels it is better to lie to me then to be honest to try and book me it send the message that they do not care about my preferences or health.
