Holiday Inn Express & Suites Minden

Great, safe stay. Came through with a trailer and had no issues. Betsy (I believe?) was an amazing and positive night auditor & I trulynHope she’s being recognized for her impeccable work!

Great service & beautiful room!nWe were able to check in 1 hour earlier & check in was super fast. The beds were nice & clean. The bathroom was amazingly clean! Tons of extra towels. Room came equipped with a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Heating & air worked superb! Not a bad breakfast selection either. Only spent $170 for for the night & it was worth every penny! Looking forward to booking our stay in the future!!

I showed up to check in and one of the guest was outside screaming and punching walls. I was so scared. The front desk was not attended. I called 911.. the manager had too. The unruly man then proceeded to enter unlocked hotel at 0015, and continued punching walls. Throwing furniture . Screaming the F word.. police came and asked manager if the guest could stay or did he want to press charges. The manager let him stay. I would not. He did not give me my money back. I am still shaking. He should have called the owner and asked what he should do. All the guests are terrified. I left and I want my money back. Dint stay here. They have no concern for guests well being

Friendly staff. The chlorine smell will kill and greens in the place. Great room- very comfortable & clean. Great grab & go breakfast items.

Requested to use the lobby rest room since the nearest Maverick was not open due to renovations. Turned away because I wasn't a current occupant. Sad... Have we all lost our humanity? Not like it would cost much to use a flush and a little soap & water. I've stayed at Holiday Inns before so it's not like I'm a total mooch. Thanks to Tractor Supply for being human.
