The first window you go to at Costco pharmacy has the rudest most unprofessional pharmacy workers I have ever dealt with. They filled my prescription with generic brand medication which I am not suppose to take without even consulting me. Then I went in for my shingles booster. After checking at the first window with the rude lady that acted like I was an inconvenience to her day. I ask her where to go next and she said to just sit anywhere and they would call me. After sitting there for 20 minutes I went to the second window. The lady there was very nice. She checked me in which should have been done 20 minutes prior. Within 10 minutes I received my painless shot and was on my way. I will never use this pharmacy again. The lady at the first window should have told me to check in at the second window for my booster shot and she should have also told me that they fill prescriptions with generic brand medication.

They caring medications for our dogs that local pharmacies don't and at a greatly reduced price.

Have not had ONE probem with the Carson City Costco Pharmacy. My wife is handicapped, the personel are friendly and kind to her and I.

I feel that the majority of the pharmacy staff is very rude for no reason. The pharmacist herself is very kind along with one of the cashiers. While they usually have what I need or can get it in one day, the customer service is not what you would expect from Costco. I will add that my wife and I expressed this to the store manager in person and he did not seem to care.
