This CVS is the slowest pharmacy. Three people in line and it will take them 30 minutes to find a med and bill you. You can get an inpatient pharmacy to bring you a message for an ICU patient faster, and often times they have to make the med.

The people at the pharmacy are extremely slow and rude. They called my doctor for approval on a prescription and then never filled the prescription then blamed me for their system never calling me. This is the fourth or fifth time this has happened. Do not come here.

I've recently changed pharmacy's to the Cvs on Fairview in Carson city Nv and I must say that I am very pleased with the change. The pharmacist and staff are always patient,kind and helpful. They work very hard and at times are not treated well by customers yet still have awesome attitudes! I highly recommend this pharmacy and staff. Thank you for your hard work. I'm sorry you all get treated like you are super humans, I know you all do the best you can

The pharmacy inside this store can not get any worse. Either the wait is long, or medication is not ready when it’s SUPPOSED to be. The past 3 times I’ve been there to pick up a prescription, “oh, it’s not ready yet”. One of those times was after waiting 17 minutes with only 2 separate customers in front of me.nToday, I dropped off a new RX at 2:30 and was toldn2-3 hours it would be ready. I was also told I would receive a text when it’s ready. 7:45 pm I realized I did NOT get a text. I call the pharmacy. “Yes it’s ready but we close in 10 minutes”. OMG, time to switch pharmacies. The miscommunication with these employees is a constant thing. With today’s technology, there’s no excuse. Get it together cvs employees! Your reviews are terrible and I’m sure you’re losing customers.

Worat service ever i got 2 items and had to wait for 20 mins to be rung up. Was told she was the only person in the store and its 1219pm how is this possible.
